Alhambra Resources Ltd. announces it has submitted a request for regulatory body approval to further extend the expiry date of certain share purchase warrants of the Corporation having an exercise price of US$0.72 per common share. A total of 9,302,325 Warrants were issued to purchase up to 9,302,325 common shares of the Corporation as partial consideration for a private placement announced by Alhambra in July 2010.

Alhambra Resources Ltd. is pleased to announce the completion of 1,360 square kilometres of ground gravity and magnetic surveys and a remote sensing survey over the Dombraly-Shirotnaia gold trend located in the southeastern portion of its 100% owned, 9,800 km2 Uzboy Project area. It is anticipated that Phase two, potentially covering the remainder of the Corporation's license area, will commence in 2012.
