The Board of Afferro Mining announces the release of its unaudited Financial Statements for the three and six months ended June 30, 2013. IMIC and Afferro have agreed to amend the Arrangement Agreement, details of which were announced on 24 June 2013. The amendment provides for the extension of the outside date to 29 September 2013 to allow both parties to prepare all necessary documentation. All other commercial details of the Arrangement Agreement remain unchanged.

Afferro Mining, notes the announcement made by International Mining & Infrastructure on 10 July 2013 which states that IMIC has acquired an additional 1,080,000 shares in the Company at an average price of 79.6p. Following the acquisition, as at 10 July 2013, IMIC held 20,111,342 ordinary shares in Afferro representing 19.15% of the Company's current voting rights.

Afferro Mining, notes the announcement made by International Mining & Infrastructure on 26 June 2013 which states that IMIC has acquired an additional 8,588,000 shares in the Company at an average price of 79.56p. Following the acquisition, as at 26 June 2013, IMIC held 19,031,342 ordinary shares in Afferro representing 18.12% of the Company's current voting rights.
