Pretium reminds holders of Pretivm common share purchase warrants, exercisable at $12.50 per share, that the Warrants will expire at 4pm on April 9, 2012. The Warrants have an expiration date of April 7, 2012; however, since the date occurs on a weekend, under the terms of the Warrants the expiration date has been extended to the next business day, April 9, 2012.
