NOT FOR DISSEMINATION IN THE UNITED STATES OR DISTRIBUTION TO U.S. NEWS WIRE SERVICESTORONTO, Sept. 26, 2012 /CNW/ - Potash Ridge Corporation ("Potash Ridge" or the "Corporation") announced today that it has filed, and obtained a receipt for, a preliminary prospectus for the initial public offering (the "Offering") of common shares (the "Shares") with the securities commissions of all provinces in Canada. The proposed Offering will be underwritten by a syndicate of underwriters co-led by National Bank Financial Inc. and Clarus Securities Inc. and including GMP Securities L.P., Scotia Capital Inc., Cormark Securities Inc. and Dundee Securities Ltd. Pricing of the Offering will be determined in the context of the market prior to the filing of a final prospectus in respect of the Offering.
The preliminary prospectus has not yet become final for the purpose of a distribution of securities to the public and is subject to completion or amendment.
