Patriot Coal Provides Statement Regarding Incident At Kanawha Eagle Complex
ST. LOUIS, March 14, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Asa Fitzpatrick, a 63-year old employee of Newtown Energy, Inc., was fatally injured when a piece of rock fell from the mine roof yesterday afternoon at Kanawha Eagle's Peerless mine, located in Comfort, West Virginia.
