Sas announces filing of Ni 43-101 technical reports and 2012 Annual Information Form

TORONTO, March 15, 2013 /CNW/ - St Andrew Goldfields Ltd. (T-SAS), ("SAS" or the "Company") reports that it has today filed on SEDAR NI 43-101 compliant technical reports with respect to the Holt-Holloway Project, the Clavos Joint Venture Project; and the 2012 Annual Information Form ("AIF"), which includes an update to the Mineral Reserves and Mineral Resources as at December 31, 2012.

The technical reports are now available on SEDAR under the Company's profile at www.sedar.com. The Holt-Holloway technical report is also available on the Company's website at www.sasgoldmines.com, under the section entitled "Operations/Technical Reports".
