"Northland has a strong European investment base and the Oslo Bors (the "OSE") is the obvious choice for a number of reasons," said Anders Hvide, Executive Chairman of Northland Resources. "We have had a dual listing since October 2006, and we are very pleased with the overall development of trading activity in Oslo."
Northland's common shares will continue to trade under the ticker NAUR and ISIN LU0488722801. The Company's bonds are traded under the tickers NORES01 (ISIN NO 001 063613.7) and NORES02 (ISIN NO 001 063619.4).
Following by the Toronto Stock Exchange decision to delist Northland on March 15, 2013, shareholders who would like to convert and transfer the Company's common shares to the OSE should contact their bank or broker.
