Victory Mountain Ventures Cancels Private Placement

VANCOUVER -- 03/20/13 -- Victory Mountain Ventures Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: VMV) ("Victory") reports that it is canceling the non-brokered private placement of up to 10,500,000 units for total proceeds of up to $2,500,000 previously announced November 22, 2012.The Company also reports that it will not be proceeding with the Option Agreement with Klondike Silver Corp, previously announced January 8, 2013, to option a portion of the Silver Slocan Mining Camp located in south eastern British Columbia.
