Bold Ventures Pays Finders' Fee in Respect of Ring of Fire Properties & Commences Drilling at Koper Lake
TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 03/21/13 -- Bold Ventures Inc. (TSX VENTURE: BOL) ("Bold Ventures" or the "Company") wishes to advise that it has settled $29,269.10 relating to a finders' fee through the issuance of 80,000 common shares valued at $0.12 per share and 327,820 warrants to purchase common shares at $0.12 per share until March 18, 2015. The common shares and warrants (and any common shares issue on the exercise of the warrants) are subject to a re-sale restriction until July 19, 2013. The finders' fee was paid to IBK Capital Corp. and Dundee Securities Ltd. as a result of the expenditure by 2282726 Ontario Ltd., a subsidiary of Dundee Corporation, in the aggregate amount of $1,463,458 on the Company's properties in the Ring of Fire.
