Skyharbour Appoints Richard Kusmirski to Head Advisory Board
Rick Kusmirski has over 40 years of exploration experience in North America and overseas, and has actively participated in the discovery of a number of uranium, gold and base metal deposits. For several years, in his capacity as Exploration Manager, he directed Cameco Corporation's uranium exploration projects in the Athabasca Basin.
In 1999, Rick joined JNR Resources becoming Vice President of Exploration in 2000. Subsequently, he directed the exploration program that led to the discovery of the Maverick Zone on the Moore Lake uranium joint venture in the Athabasca Basin in Saskatchewan with partner Kennecott Canada. Rick became JNR's President and CEO in January of 2001. In February of 2013, Denison Mines Corp. successfully acquired all of the outstanding shares of JNR by way of a friendly all-share take-over bid.
With the appointment, Skyharbour announces the granting of 100,000 incentive stock options exercisable at $0.10 for a period of five years from the date of grant. All options are granted in accordance with the terms of the Company's stock option plan.
Skyharbour has recently acquired a large portfolio of mineral claims comprising six uranium properties in approximately 209,000 acres of land in the Athabasca Basin region, northern Saskatchewan. Five of the properties consisting of 197,000 acres of prospective ground are strategically located near the Alpha Minerals ("Alpha") and Fission Energy ("Fission") Patterson Lake South discovery area. There are still many areas in the region that are highly prospective and underexplored as illustrated by the new high-grade uranium discovery at the Patterson Lake South property.

With just under $1 million in the treasury, and with Mr. Kusmirski heading the advisory board, Skyharbour will now examine and compile all available historic and related mineral exploration data associated with the acquired properties in anticipation of uranium exploration work programs this year.
Given the excellent supply-demand fundamentals underpinning uranium, Skyharbour intends to build upon its portfolio of uranium projects in the Athabasca Basin as well as in other prolific uranium districts.
