Solvista Announces Amended Private Placement Fully Subscribed
Pursuant to the Offering, the Corporation expects to issue approximately 9,090,909 Units at $0.55 per Unit. Compared with the previous announcement, this represents a $0.05 decrease in the purchase price, and corresponding increase of 757,576 in the number of Units to be sold. Each Unit consists of one common share ("Common Share") and one Common Share purchase warrant ("Warrant") of Solvista. Each Warrant entitles the holder to acquire one Common Share for $0.75 for a period of 24 months following the closing date of the financing.
The proceeds of the Offering will be used for exploration and general working capital purposes. The securities issued pursuant to the Offering will be subject to a statutory four month and one day hold period. The Offering is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary approvals, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
