("U.S. Silver & Gold" or the "Company") (TSX:USA; OTCQX:USGIF) will release its 2013 first quarter financial results following the close of markets on Monday, May 13, 2013.Senior management will host a conference call on Monday, May 13, 2013 at 4:30 p.m. ET to review the financial results of the quarter.
