Dundee Precious Metals' Shareholders Elect All 13 Nominees to the Board of Directors
TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 05/09/13 -- Dundee Precious Metals Inc. (TSX: DPM)(TSX: DPM.WT.A) (the "Company" or "DPM") held its annual and special meeting of shareholders in Toronto today. A total of 105,317,751 shares (approximately 83.80% of the outstanding common shares) were represented in person or by proxy.
The shareholders appointed the 13 board members (nine of whom are independent), with shares represented at the meeting voting in favour of the individual directors as follows:
