Osisko Mining Corporation Anounces Election of Directors
MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 05/10/13 -- Osisko Mining Corporation ("Corporation" or "Osisko") (TSX: OSK)(FRANKFURT: EWX) announces that, at the annual and special meeting of shareholders held on May 9, 2013, each of the 11 nominees listed in the Management Information Circular dated March 28, 2013 were elected as directors of the Corporation.
Based on the proxies received and the votes on a show of hands, the following individuals were elected as directors of the Corporation until the next annual shareholders' meeting. Accordingly, the results are set out below:
