Argex announces resignation of Peter H. Smith as director

MONTREAL, May 17, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - Argex Titanium Inc. (TSXV: RGX) ("Argex") announces today the resignation of Mr. Peter H. Smith as director of the corporation. Such resignation is effective immediately.
