(TSX: ARZ) (NYSE MKT: AZK) ("Aurizon") is pleased to announce that the Minister of Industry and Minister of State has in accordance with the Investment Canada Act approved the arrangement transaction involving Hecla Mining Company and Aurizon (the "Arrangement").
