DENVER -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Royal Gold, Inc. (NASDAQ:RGLD; TSX:RGL), today announced that its Board of Directors has declared its third quarter dividend of US$0.20 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on July 19, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 5, 2013. The quarterly dividend of US$0.20 is also payable to holders of exchangeable shares of RG Exchangeco. This dividend is designated as an “eligible dividend” for Canadian tax purposes.Royal Gold is a precious metals royalty company engaged in the acquisition and management of precious metals royalties and similar interests.
