HALIFAX, Nova Scotia -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- May 29, 2013 -- Brigus Gold Corp. ("Brigus" or the "Company") (NYSE MKT: BRD; TSX: BRD) announced the voting results for the election of the Board of Directors at its Annual Meeting of Shareholders held today, May 29 2013 in Halifax, Nova Scotia at which 51.97% of the 231,571,925 common shares issued were represented.Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business put forth at the meeting including the appointment of Deloitte LLP as auditors of Brigus Gold, and the election of all director nominees as follows:
