Galaxy Resources Limited - Shareholder Briefing Sessions

As you may now be aware, the board of Galaxy Resources Limited ("Galaxy") has launched a pro-rata entitlement issue at $0.08 per share to raise up to $47.6 million ("Offer"). Please find enclosed a copy of the Chairmans Letter to Shareholders which explains the details and rationale for the Offer and which was announced to the ASX on 20 May 2013.

The prospectus was lodged with ASIC and the ASX on Monday 27 May 2013 and is expected to be sent to shareholders on or about Wednesday 12 June 2013. The prospectus will outline all the offer details and will be accompanied by an application form providing you with your equitable opportunity to participate in the Offer and also apply for additional shares.

Galaxy executive management will also be holding shareholder briefing sessions in Australia and Canada for those shareholders who would like to listen to the investor presentation. The briefing sessions will be held at the following times and venues:
