ENGLEWOOD, Colo. -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Westmoreland Coal Company (NasdaqGM:WLB) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $.53125 per depositary share payable on July 1, 2013 to holders of record as of June 20, 2013.
