Change of Name to Sennen Potash Corporation

Vancouver, British Columbia -- April 12, 2013. Effective Monday, April 15, 2013, Sennen Resources Ltd. (TSXV: SN) ("Sennen" or the "Company") will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the new name "Sennen Potash Corporation". The Company's trading symbol will remain "SN".Shareholders are not required to take any action in connection with the change of name and share certificates bearing the name "Sennen Resources Ltd." will remain valid and need not be exchanged.
The name change is intended to reflect the Company's new direction and, in particular, its recently acquired option to acquire an interest in the Monument Potash project located in southeast Utah and southwest Colorado, as detailed in news releases dated October 15, 2012, December 20, 2012 and March 28, 2013.
Neither the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") nor its Regulation Services Provider (as that term is defined in the policies of the TSXV) has reviewed, nor do they accept responsibility for the adequacy or accuracy of, this release.
