Teslin River Resources Corp. (TLR:TSX-V) ('Teslin' or the 'Company') is pleased to announce that its shareholders voted in favour of all resolutions brought before them at the Company′s Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders held June 12, 2013 in Vancouver.The number of directors was fixed at three and Hein Poulus, John Icke and Michael Sweatman were re-elected to the Company′s Board of Directors for the ensuing year, Davidson & Company LLP were appointed as the Company′s auditors for the 2013 fiscal year, the Company′s rolling stock option plan was approved for renewal and the advance notice policy for nominations of directors was approved.
