Premium Announces Termination of Option Agreement with Logan Resources Ltd.

June 14, 2013, Vancouver, British Columbia - Premium Exploration Inc. (TSXV: PEM; OTCQX: PMMEF) ("Premium" or the "Company") announces the termination of the Option Agreement (the "Option Agreement") dated March 27, 2013, between the Company and Logan Resources Ltd. ("Logan"), pursuant to which Logan was granted the option to acquire up to a 75% interest in Premium's Idaho Gold Property. The Option Agreement was terminated on June 13, 2013 by mutual agreement between Premium and Logan.About Premium Exploration Inc.
