Alaris Declares Previously Announced Increased Monthly Dividend

Alaris Royalty Corp. ("Alaris" or the "Corporation") (TSX: AD) announces that the Board of Directors of the Corporation has declared a dividend of $0.115 per common share, representing $1.38 per share on an annualized basis. This is the first dividend to be declared at the increased level of $0.115 per common share (previously $0.105) since the May 23, 2013 announcement by the Corporation. The dividend is payable on July 15, 2013 to holders of record on June 28, 2013. The ex-dividend date is June 26, 2013.
This dividend is designated by the Corporation to be an eligible dividend for the purpose of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any similar provincial or territorial legislation. An enhanced dividend tax credit applies to eligible dividends paid to Canadian residents.
