Pro-Or Mining Resources Inc. Confirms Extension of Warrants

MONTREAL, June 3, 2013 - Pro-Or Mining Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:POI) confirms the Exchange's acceptance of the renewal of the warrants' term issued in June 2011.On this occasion, PRO-OR had completed an offering of 20 units at a price of five thousand dollars ($ 5,000) per unit, for a maximum amount of $ 100,000.
i. 400,000 warrants were issued
ii. The maturity of the bonds is extended until June 11th 2014. The exercise price remains at $ 0.35 for a period of 12 months.
