Honourable Lord Howard of Lympne has been appointed non-executive Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors. Lord Howard has been a valued member of our Board for many years now and we have benefitted from his years of international experience and strong understanding of the financial markets. He has extensive experience and many key relationships in Mongolia, and was recently awarded the Order of the Polar Star, the highest state honour that can be awarded to a non-citizen of Mongolia. I have no doubt that, as Chairman, he will play a significant role in ensuring we effectively leverage the opportunities that lie ahead as we continue to execute on our strategy and grow our business.
