LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM -- (Marketwired) -- 06/28/13 -- The directors of Orsu Metals Corporation ("Orsu" or the "Company") (TSX: OSU)(AIM: OSU), the London-based base and precious metals exploration and development company, are pleased to announce that shareholders approved all resolutions at the annual meeting of shareholders held at 11 a.m. (London time) on June 28, 2013. The detailed results of the vote for the election of directors are set out below.
