Galaxy Resources Limited - Shareholder Briefing Sessions

The Board of Galaxy Resources Limited ("Galaxy") recently recommenced a 1 for 1 pro-rata non-renounceable capital raising ("Entitlement Offer" or the "Offer") at $0.08 per share to raise up to $46.7 million (before costs).
You will shortly receive a copy of the Prospectus and Supplementary Prospectus in the mail. The Supplementary Prospectus was lodged with ASIC and the ASX on 02 July 2013 and is intended to be read in conjunction with the Prospectus, issued 27 May 2013. The Prospectus and Supplementary Prospectus outline details of the Entitlement Offer and will be accompanied by an application form providing you with an equitable opportunity to participate in the Offer and to apply for additional shares.
Galaxy intends to use the funds raised for corporate working capital (including interest payments), costs associated with the Sal de Vida Lithium and Potash Brine Project, to reduce debt levels and re-structure Galaxy's balance sheet.
Galaxy interim Managing Director Anthony Tse and members of the Executive Management team will hold a series of shareholder briefing sessions in Australia and Canada, where investors can hear more about the Offer and have any questions answered.
