July 11, 2013 - VANCOUVER, Canada - Alabama Graphite Corp. (the "Company")(CNSX:ALP) (OTC:ABGPF) (FRANKFURT: 1AG.F WKN: A1J35M) (ISIN# CA0102931080) announces that, subject to regulatory approval, certain creditors have agreed to accept shares in the Company for past consulting and other services provided to the Company totaling approximately $68,690, by the issuance of a total of 528,385 common shares of the Company at a deemed value of $0.13 pershare.
