(TSX:GIX)(OTCQX:GIXEF)(FRANKFURT:GF6)(BERLIN:GF6)(STUT:GF6)(MUN:GF6) ("Geologix" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the results of the election of its directors at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 20, 2013.
A total of 138 shareholders, holding 36,171,929 shares representing 24.29% of the Company's outstanding shares, were represented by proxy or appeared in person at the Meeting. Of the votes cast, the directors received the following votes in favour of their re-election:
