Teranga Announces Results of Voting at Annual and Special Meeting

("Teranga") (TSX:TGZ) (ASX:TGZ) announces that at the annual and special meeting (the "Meeting") of shareholders of the Corporation held earlier today, all six director nominees that were standing were elected as directors of the Corporation, as follows:
