Polar Star Mining announces issuance of stock options

TORONTO, July 23, 2013 /CNW/ - Polar Star Mining Corp. (TSX: PSR) (the "Company"), announced today that in accordance with its stock option plan and to incent management and the board of directors, the Company has granted an aggregate of 7,355,000 options to purchase common shares of the Company to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company. All options expire on December 31, 2018, have an exercise price of $0.18 and vest immediately.
