Vancouver, British Columbia CANADA, June 26, 2013 /FSC/ - Sienna Gold Inc. (SGP - TSX Venture), ("Sienna" or the "Company"), is pleased to announce that, further to its news release dated June 14, 2013, the adoption of the Company's new name, Peruvian Precious Metals Corp., will be effective July 2, 2013 (the "Effective Date").The Company's shares will trade on the TSX Venture Exchange and the Bolas de Valores (Lima Stock Exchange) under the new stock symbol PPX on the Effective Date. No exchange of shares will be required. The new CUSIP number and ISIN in respect of the Company's common shares are 715707105 and CA 7157071050, respectively.
