CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired - Aug 2, 2013) - Gold Royalties Corporation (TSX VENTURE:GRO) ("Gold Royalties" or "the Company")) is pleased to announce that it has closed the acquisition of the 1% royalty on the Iron Horse Project (the "Transaction") with Metals Creek Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:MEK) ("Metals Creek"), as previously announced by press release on July 30, 2013.
