Vancouver, British Columbia (June 25th, 2013) - Golden Sun Mining Corp. ("Golden Sun" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the previously disclosed lawsuit filed against the Company by Christoff Brüning of Value Relations GmbH on April 8th, 2013 has been dismissed with costs being assessed to the plaintiff (Value Relations GmbH)."We are pleased that this event is behind us," stated Company President Mark McLeary. "The claim was frivolous, without merit and was a testament to the unprincipled nature of Mr. Brüning and his company."
