TORONTO, Aug. 9, 2013 /CNW/ - U.S. Silver & Gold Inc. ("U.S. Silver & Gold" or the "Company") (TSX: USA) (OTCQX: USGIF) will release its 2013 second quarter financial results following the close of markets on Tuesday August 13th, 2013.Senior management will host a conference call on Tuesday August 13th, 2013 at 4:30 p.m. ET to review the financial results of the quarter.
