Fission Appoints Mr. Ted Clark to Executive Advisory Board
KELOWNA, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Aug 16, 2013) - FISSION URANIUM CORP. ("Fission" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE:FCU)(OTCQX:FCUUF) is pleased to announce that Ted Clark has been appointed to the Company's Executive Advisory Board.
Mr. Clark was recently appointed Chief of Clearwater River Dene Nation on July 7, 2013 and is also owner of Big Bear Contracting Ltd. Clearwater River Dene Nation ('CRDN') is a First Nations band government in northern Saskatchewan and includes the area of Fission's Patterson Lake South property.

The Company has granted incentive stock options to employees and consultants entitling them to purchase an aggregate of 450,000 shares in the capital of the Company subject to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. The options are exercisable until August 15, 2016 at a price of $1.34 per share.
