Vancouver, August 22, 2013 - Great Bear Resources Ltd. (the "Company") announces that further to the Company's news release of August 12, 2013 the Company has settled a total of $22,500 of debt by the issuance of a total of 121,163 common shares of the Company at a deemed price of $0.1857 per share. All shares will be subject to a statutory hold period expiring four-months and a day after the date of issuance.
