PERTH, Aug. 28, 2013 - Troy Resources Limited (ASX:TRY)(TSX:TRY) is pleased to advise that it has completed the compulsory acquisition of all outstanding shares in Azimuth Resources Limited following its successful off-market takeover offer. Troy now holds 100% of the shares in Azimuth.Former Azimuth shareholders, whose shares were acquired under the compulsory acquisition process, will be posted a claim form shortly. Completion and return of this form will be required in order for these shareholders to receive the Troy shares due to them.
