August 23, 2013, Vancouver, B.C. - Messina Minerals Inc. (TSXV: MMI) ("Messina" or the "Company") announces that it has granted, subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange, incentive stock options to certain officers, directors, and consultants to purchase up to a total of 815,000 common shares of the Company. The options are exercisable for a period of five years at a price of $0.05 per share in accordance with the terms of the Company's stock option plan.About Messina
