Cuervo Resources Closes $81,000 CDN Private Placement of Common Shares

Toronto, September 11, 2013 - Cuervo Resources Inc. (CNSX-FE; FWB-CRR; "Cuervo" or the "Company"), is pleased to report that the private placement of 1,350,000 common shares of the Company at an issue price of $0.06 CDN per share for aggregate proceeds of $81,000 CDN has closed.The private placement, which was previously announced on August 29, 2013, of 1,350,000 common shares closed on September 11, 2013 and the shares issued are subject to a four-month hold period from the date of issue.
Cuervo common shares are listed on the Canadian National Stock Exchange (CNSX) and also trade on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FWB). Following the closing of the private placement, there are 44,534,750 common shares outstanding (65,519,750 shares on a fully diluted basis).
