VANCOUVER, July 23, 2013 - Kazax Minerals Inc. ("Kazax" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:KZX) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Moshtagh Moshtaghi to the Company's Board of Directors.Mr. Moshtaghi is a leading entrepreneur in the field of steel and raw materials trading. He has successfully developed a number of businesses over the past three decades. His knowledge of the iron ore market and iron ore processing will greatly enhance the board's strategic thinking as it plans for the Company's future.
