VANSTAR Announces the Start of Drilling on NELLIGAN
LA PRAIRIE, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Oct 9, 2013) - The direction of Vanstar Mining Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:VSR) announces a drilling campaign on the Nelligan project, located in Chapais-Chibougameau area. This program, about 1,000 meters, will mainly serve to test different magnetics anomalies detected in the mag survey done this summer 2013. These seem to demonstrate a magnetic corridor include more than 1.7 kilometer southwest extension of the main gold area, which was previously intersected by drilling over 700 metres.
Another significant magnetic anomaly is located about 400 metres south of the main area and continues on several hundred metres. Near this magnetic anomaly, the society has found a mineralized angular boulder which revealed an average grade of 15.41 gt / Au.
The management of the company also announced having sold all of his interests in Little and Cookie Monster projects for the benefit of the company TomaGold Corp. for a $ 12,500 cash paiement and the issuance of 250,000 shares.
Project Nelligan
Nelligan project consists of 36 cells in an area of about 2016 hectares. It is located south of the important corridor of deformation Opawica-Guercheville on which one finds numerous gold showings as well as several gold deposits such as those of Meston Lake, Joe Man and Philibert.
