VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Oct 21, 2013) - Lions Gate Metals Inc. (TSX VENTURE:LGM) ("Lions Gate" or the "Company") today announces the resignation of Mr. John Icke from the Company's Board of Directors.

The board and management team thank Mr. Icke for his contributions to the Company.
