Roca Mines Inc. Announces Delisting from TSX Venture Exchange

Roca Mines Inc. ("Roca" or "the Company") announces that it has received notice from the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") confirming that the Exchange will delist the Company's securities effective November 5, 2013 as a result of the Company's failure to pay its annual sustaining fee as required by Exchange policy.Roca's management continues to work with its various advisors and is evaluating different opportunities to preserve value for our shareholders and all stakeholders, including our trade-related creditors. Once the Company's financial situation is resolved appropriately, it is management's intention to seek alternative liquidity options for shareholders. The Company will continue to provide further updates when appropriate.
