NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION TO UNITED STATES NEWSWIRE SERVICES OR FOR DISSEMINATION IN THE UNITED STATESPERTH, WESTERN AUSTRALIA -- (Marketwired - Nov. 27, 2013) - Troy Resources Limited (ASX:TRY)(TSX:TRY) refers to Resolutions 10 and 11 being considered at its Annual General Meeting to be held at 10.00am (EDST) (Meeting) in Melbourne this morning. Those Resolutions are proposing to issue shares to each of Mr Ken Nilsson and Mr Paul Benson calculated by reference to the 5 day volume weighted average price prior to the date of the Meeting. The volume weighted average price has been calculated to be $1.10. Subject to each of the Resolutions being passed, Mr Nilsson will be entitled to be issued with 45,553 ordinary shares and Mr Benson, 150,324 ordinary shares, on the terms set out in the Explanatory Memorandum which accompanied the Notice of Annual General Meeting.
