Uranium Participation Corporation Reports Net Asset Value at November 30, 2013
TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired - Dec. 3, 2013) - Uranium Participation Corporation ("UPC") (TSX:U) reports its estimated net asset value at November 30, 2013 was CAD$539.3 million or CAD$5.07 per share. As at November 30, 2013, UPC's investment portfolio consisted as follows:

At November 30, 2013, UPC has a commitment to sell the conversion component of 100,000 KgU as UF6 for delivery in January 2014. To facilitate the sale of the conversion component, UPC will transfer 100,000 KgU as UF6 to the buyer and receive 261,286 pounds of U3O8 and consideration of US$1,000,000 (CAD$1,059,900).
