PMI Gold Corporation Announces Results of Annual and Special Meeting

VANCOUVER, Nov. 27, 2013 - PMI Gold Corporation (TSX:PMV)(ASX:PVM) ("the Company") is pleased to report that at the annual and special meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") held on November 27, 2013, all resolutions proposed to shareholders were duly passed.At the Meeting, in addition to the election of each of the nominee directors discussed below, KPMG LLP were re-appointed auditors of the Company and the resolutions to approve an amendment to the Company's articles to give effect to an Advance Notice Policy and to approve a grant of performance rights to Mr. Peter Bradford were both approved.
Based on proxies received, the following individuals were elected as directors of the Company until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until their successors are duly appointed. The results are set out below:
