CALGARY, Nov. 26, 2013 - Gold Ridge Exploration Corp. (TSX VENTURE:GEA) (the "Corporation") announces that it has issued an aggregate of 1,100,000 incentive stock options ("Options") in accordance with the Corporation's stock option plan to certain directors and officers of the Corporation. Each option, vesting immediately upon grant, entitles the holder thereof to purchase one common share in the capital of the Corporation at a price of $0.05 per share until November 26, 2018. The Options and any common shares issued upon exercise thereof will be subject to a four month resale restriction from the date of grant.READER ADVISORY
