Burlington, Ontario, April 9, 2013 - Silver Shield Resources (TSXV:SSR.V - News) ("Silver Shield" or the "Corporation") announced today that is pleased to announce effective immediately, the addition Mr. Jason Springett of London, Ontario to the board of directors.Mr. Springett has been involved with investor relation activities and corporate financing raises for several publicly traded companies.
Some of these companies include: Tara Minerals (OTCQB:TARM - News), Aim Health Group (TSXV:AHG.V - News) and Cannabis Science (NASDAQ OTC: CBIS). Mr. Springett has also served as the Vice president of Catalyst Exchange Corp.
